Weather Update

3.40PM - Saturday, February 4th

 

Sunday schedules are NOW posted online. Important information follows, please read carefully:

 

1) If it rains significantly tonight updates will be sent out and changes/cancellation are likely.

2)  A number of teams only have a one game break in tomorrow's schedule; there is little/no flexibility to change this with some fields still offline.

3)  Every team from Dallas & Houston play at least 2 games, with the majority playing 3 games total (Sat/Sun).

4)  It has been the consensus from DoC's, Coaches and Parents that games not kick off after 12.45PM tomorrow to avoid significant conflicts with the Super Bowl.

 

We appreciate your patience today, and thank you sincerely for helping execute today's changed schedule with minimal problems at the fields.

 

Fingers crossed for a dry night... we hope to enjoy a full morning of games tomorrow!

Tournament Dates:	February 4th-5th, 2012
Tournament Rules:	Click Here
Playing Venu:	Slaughter Creek Soccer Complex
Format:	All teams will play 3 games. Some teams will play 2 games Saturday and 1 game Sunday. All teams will play two 35 minute halfs, with a 5 minute half time & ten minutes between games.
Rules of Play:	Regular U11-U14 rules of play will apply, no re-entry in the same half. Rostering: Teams can use any players in the club that are age eligible. Max 18 per game. Discovery Players: Each team can use 3 discovery players per event. A discovery player is a player that plays for a team outside your club. Discovery players must have all appropriate US Club paperwork.

Deadlines: The deadline to register is Friday, January 12, 2012

 

Requirements: All teams participating will be required to have current US Club rosters, current US Club laminated player cards and a current US Club medical release from for each player participating

 

Fees: The cost is $450.00.

 

Final Team Check-In:  One hour prior to your team's first game @ game field

 

Hotels:  All participating teams are required to make hotel reservations through Partners in Team Travel.  Each club will receive free 2 double/double rooms for coaches based a minimum of 4 teams blocking rooms. Contact Katie Baxter at Partners in Team Travel via email at katie@partnersinteamtravel.com or 919.870.9755 ext 103.
