BIO:

Sonny joins the Lonestar coaching staff with a solid soccer background. He is the current Youth Director for CC United Soccer Club, a STYSA Clinician and is an active part in the Lonestar Academy program. Sonny coached the 95G Bronze team to the club's first South Texas Cup State Championship in 2006 and then took the same team to the Directors State Cup the following year.  Before joining Lonestars Sonny served as the Men's and Women’s high school coach in Oklahoma where his teams appeared in the state tournament 5 times in his 8 year tenure. He also served as the men’s assistant at Brenham high school for one year before moving to Austin.  

Sonny holds a USSF 'C' License...USSF 'National Youth' License and a NSCAA National Youth Diploma.
