2012-2013 Lonestar Fundraising Request Form
Lonestar Soccer Club Fundraising Guidelines:
Lonestar Soccer Club Logo & Name: Club Logo/Name can only be used with approval & written permission of the club (Include details in description below)
Approved Team Fundraising Activities: All fundraising activities must be on the approved activities list. If a team wishes to do a fundraiser activity that is not listed on the ‘Approved Team Fundraising Activities List’, the team manager must submit the form below.
Not permitted: short or long sleeved shirts printed with club logo or slogans ‘We Are Lonestar’ and ‘The Black & Red’
Raffles: Raffles ARE NOT permitted by any teams.
All ECNL, USSF, PL Teams & Europe Travel Teams:
Due to the amount of travel throughout the season, Lonestar branded item sales will be permitted for these teams. A maximum of 2 items per year will be allowed per team. All teams must submit a fundraiser request form to be considered for this opportunity.
Approved Fundraisers: Car Wash, Bake Sale, Garage Sale, Restaurant Cards,
Stadium Clean Up, Sonic Carhop.
