Bubb Announces New Coaching Directors

Boy’s Director of Coaching Sean Bubb has announced a new directors of coaching infrastructure at Lonestar Soccer Club this week. This reorganized structure will allow the Lonestar boy’s staff to focus more on the individual development of the player at every level by placing staff directors in their specific department of play. These directors will oversee every asset of their individual program—from assisting the coaches with their strategies and continuing education, to the individual players, teams, and parents involved. “I feel we have a coaching staff second to none and we have tremendous experience and quality amongst us. This infrastructure will best utilize the many talents of our staff which is in the best interest of our players. Lonestar is committed to providing coaching and development of the highest quality and highest standards throughout the program—Division Two to Premier,” said Sean Bubb. Technical Director-Luis Papandrea. As Technical Director, Luis will be in charge of the technical development of players and coaching staff, working with U-11, U-12, and U-13s once a week on technique to ensure that players are better equipped at handling and controlling. To read Luis’ bio

When asked how he thinks this new coaching format will benefit the club, Bubb commented, “I think by doing this we are revolutionizing the sport, giving it a business-like infrastructure, and that will enable us to focus and spend more time on the specific requirements that each player and team needs in its growth and education in the Lonestar Soccer Club.
