Lonestars 95G Bronze Crowned State Champions

We have a lot of teams and a lot of players in our Club who deserve special praise for their accomplishments. Sometimes, it is hard make all the proper acknowledgements. This past weekend, one of our Lonestar teams made this Club very proud.

Our Lonestars 95G Bronze was crowned State Champions of the 2006 South Texas Cup in the U11 age bracket of Division II. These young ladies won all three games and gave up only one goal along the way. Coach Sonny has done an outstanding job with this team.

Often, we hear of our Premier and Division I teams, ODP players or success at national caliber tournaments – rightfully so, we’re immensely proud. However, please know that Smitty, Sean, our staff and the Board of Directors are especially proud of these young girls. They’ve come a long way in a short period of time. These kinds of accomplishments speak to our ability to develop kids of all calibers and our growth as a fully integrated Club.

We are excited to be able to offer multiple recreational programs for ages U4-U18! The programs are LSC-CCU serving Cedar Park and North Austin, LSC-AUC serving South Austin and surround areas, and LSC-CBA now serving Central Austin, such as the Brentwood and Crestview areas.
