SPRING 2013 TRAINING SCHEDULE


*Turf shoes required at Town & Country until further notice.

    Tuesdays and Thursdays -  5:00-6:30pm T&C #25W
  
Optional pool session Mon: 6:30 WCRP #8

-Arrive 15 minutes early for practice
-Bring a size 4 ball, water, and shin guards
-Wear red practice jersey, shorts and socks

GAME DAY INFORMATION

-ALWAYS bring both complete sets of jerseys
-Home games - wear black
-Away games - wear white
-Arrive 30 minutes early for warm-up
-REQUIRED warmup gear -red practice jersey and black pants over game kit.  Jacket should also be worn but not required in warm weather.
-Bring plenty of water and a hand towel
