Welcome to the Austin Labor Day Cup Referee page. In its 5th year, the ALDC continues to grow and improve its delivery of service to referees over the 3 day event.
Your assigning staff invites any and all referees with a minimum of 6 month’s experience (unless waived by the tournament assigner) a chance to officiate in this years tournament. As always, out of town referees (minimum 60 miles) working at least 2 days of the tournament are eligible for ‘gratis’ hotel rooms.

As in the past:
…..a special guest speaker headlines the Friday night mandatory meeting. (Dan Heldman – see bio)
…..developmental assessments will be offered along with a limited number of full assessments for upgrades available in the full-length semis or finals matches.
……plenty of “groceries” (food and other sustenance….EXCEPT DONUTS!!!) will be provided at all of the venues.
