Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Our team has a schedule conflict, what do I do?

A: All schedules are final. Major concerns that may prevent a team’s participation can be addressed via email to tournaments@lonestar-sc.com.

Q: How do I get to the field where our team is playing?

A: A link to each field, with maps and directions, is available online at http://www.lonestar-sc.com/tourn/aldc/fields.php. Click on the field name for a more detailed map. Please note, not all fields have physical addresses for mapping directly to the fields.

Q: Where do we get updated information in the case of inclement weather?

A: In case of inclement weather, the rainout hotline will be updated at (512) 336-7246 (RAIN). A telephone message will list fields that are closed and those that are playable. Updated information will also be available on the Labor Day Cup website.

Q: Where and when is team check-in?

A: Check-in will take place at the Marriott LaFrontera in Round Rock, located a 2600 LaFrontera Blvd, Round Rock, TX (512) 733-6767. One team rep from each team is required to attend. All local teams check in on Thursday, August 30 from 7:00-9:30pm, and out of town teams check in on Friday, August 31 from 7:00-9:30pm.

Q: What color does the home team wear?

A: As a convenience to both teams, it is recommended that the home team wears their "colored" uniform and the visitors wear white.
